I love my Keurig coffee-maker with the convenience and easy clean-up of their K-Cup packs. But on Sunday mornings I like to take it a little slower with my ceramic pour-over cone. This manual brewing system which was invented in 1908 by an apple strudel-baking mother of two, Melitta Bentz, really does (in my opinion) allow for the full extraction of coffee flavors. My method for pouring the hot water….a slow pour in a counter-clockwise circle :)
